These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, content, and services offered by Biblical Femininity Inc., including but not limited to those sold or accessed through our official website (https://biblicalfemininity.net) as well as affiliated platforms such as Kajabi, Skool, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and any other official Biblical Femininity Inc. sales or content channels.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all digital products, coaching programs, courses, templates, and services (“Products”) provided by Biblical Femininity Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By checking the box on our checkout page and completing your purchase, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Capacity

By using our Products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our Products—including but not limited to videos, templates, PDFs, graphics, logos, and written material—is the sole intellectual property of Biblical Femininity Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the content. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions

You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, or content from Biblical Femininity Inc.—including appearances on video, social media, or public platforms—for the purpose of training, generating, or reproducing content through artificial-intelligence (AI) or machine-learning technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, deepfakes, voice replication, or image-generation tools. Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for violation of publicity rights, intellectual-property infringement, and misrepresentation.

  1. License and Usage Restrictions

You may access our Products for your own personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

  1. Community Conduct, Termination at Our Sole Discretion, and No-Refund Policy

Participation in any private communities, group calls, message boards, Kajabi communities, Telegram groups, Skool spaces, or other group features (“Community”) is a privilege, not a right. Biblical Femininity Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or remove you from any Community or program if your conduct violates these Terms, disrupts the group environment, violates community guidelines, or is deemed inconsistent with the spirit and values of the program.

While participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants, staff, and affiliates with respect and refrain from harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, doxxing, or other disruptive behavior.

     

  • Keep all private materials shared in the Community (including recordings of group coaching calls, worksheets, private messages, and content explicitly marked as “private” or “confidential”) confidential and not share or repost them publicly.

     

  • Not record or redistribute live calls, workshops, or community-only content without express written permission from Biblical Femininity Inc.

     

  • Immediately delete any materials you were not authorized to download or distribute if you accidentally receive them.

     

Breach of these obligations is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of access and may expose you to civil liability for damages.

If an issue arises, we may (but are not obligated to) provide written notice and allow five (5) business days for you to remedy the concern. In cases of serious misconduct, access may be revoked immediately.

All decisions regarding removal or termination are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, and any remaining payment obligations must still be fulfilled.

Confidentiality & Safe Environment

Our community and group programs are intended to be safe spaces for spiritual and personal growth. You agree to respect the privacy of all participants and not share, copy, or discuss any personal stories or materials shared by other members outside the Community. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality and that Biblical Femininity Inc. is not liable for any breach by other participants. By participating, you accept this risk and agree to use discretion when sharing personal information.

  1. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Our coaching and content are for educational and spiritual-growth purposes only. We do not provide legal, medical, mental-health, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own results, choices, and actions.

Group Coaching Disclaimer

Group sessions may involve discussion and spiritual reflection. These are not therapy sessions, or spiritual direction sessions, and no mental-health treatment is being provided, and no spiritual direction is being provided. Participation is voluntary, and you agree to take responsibility for your own emotional and spiritual well-being. You are encouraged to seek professional support, including from a priest, religious counselor, or other support, if you experience distress or emotional triggers during the program.

  1. Testimonials & Shared Content

We love celebrating the transformation that happens within our programs and communities. From time to time, we may share kind words, reflections, or breakthroughs expressed by participants to inspire others.

By joining and participating in any Biblical Femininity Inc. program or community, you agree that we may anonymously reference or screenshot messages, posts, or comments you share—such as wins, insights, or feedback—for use in marketing, promotional, educational, or testimonial materials.

When we share, we always remove names and identifying details so your personal identity remains private. We take care to protect your confidentiality and will never include your full name, image, or contact information without your explicit consent.

If you prefer that your words not be shared, simply email support@biblicalfemininity.net before or after posting, and we will gladly honor your request.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results.

Media Release (Optional Participation)

We may record group calls or live events for training or promotional use. By attending, you consent to being recorded and authorize Biblical Femininity Inc. to use your image, voice, or likeness for educational or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please turn off your camera and microphone or notify us in writing before the session.

  1. Results Disclaimer

We may share client examples or outcomes for illustration. These are not guarantees. Results vary based on each individual’s effort, faith, and circumstances.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual development involve inherent risks, including emotional discomfort or temporary distress as part of the transformation process. You understand that results vary from person to person and depend on your own effort, openness, and relationship with God.

By participating in any Biblical Femininity Inc. program, you agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and outcomes—both during and after the program. You understand that we do not guarantee specific results (such as marriage or relationship outcomes) and that Biblical Femininity Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to seek professional, medical, or spiritual guidance when appropriate.

  1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. This includes digital courses, downloads, and tickets to live events. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Any legally required exceptions (such as those under Idaho or EU consumer-protection laws) will be honored in accordance with applicable law.

Payment Plans & Default

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is made. After one failed attempt, we may send your account to collections or recover the balance by lawful means. You remain responsible for the full purchase price once access is granted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Biblical Femininity Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Product.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biblical Femininity Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Products or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination of Access

We may suspend or revoke your access if you violate these Terms. You will receive written notice and have five (5) business days to resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation in any Biblical Femininity Inc. program shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Boise, Idaho, in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. You expressly waive any right to a jury trial or class action. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless required by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal actions or arbitrations must be brought in Boise, Idaho, and you agree to that exclusive venue.

   15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Program Updates & Access Duration

We may update, modify, or retire parts of the program at any time to improve quality. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access is provided for the duration listed on the sales page at purchase. “Lifetime access,” if offered, refers to the lifetime of the program, not the lifetime of the purchaser or the Company, and refers to the lifetime of the program, meaning as long as Allison’s program exists and remains active. The program is guaranteed to run for a minimum of six (6) months, and may continue indefinitely at Allison Fehringer’s discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
